Sanctuary Forest and the Lost Coast Interpretive Association are teaming up again this year to remove invasive species in the Sinkyone Wilderness State Park! Last year was a gorgeous, rewarding day at the Jones Beach trailhead - you couldn't imagine a more idyllic place for pulling broom! We'll be removing French broom (a relative of Scotch broom,) as well as some eucalyptus and black acacia. Hands tools may not be necessary for the small plants, but if you have a favorite tool, bring it. Some hand tools and weed wrenches will be provided. Bring water, lunch, and gloves.
