Yes, the whole Titus family is to be admired. And YES Caroline is my personal hero as well. How many women in a small town would be able to stand up with all these relentless and untrue accusations going on and on. Let's all hope at least one fair board member realizes they need new members who are educated and want to to the right thing by the people of Ferndale and the whole of Humboldt county who love the fair and the horse races.
