Orphic Percussion returns to the Arcata Playhouse for an exciting evening of contemporary percussion music, rounding out their 2019 Spring Tour. Their colorful program showcases an eclectic mix of percussive possibilities, and includes a Prokofiev piano transcription, kitchenware as instruments, and a brand new mallet quartet by San Francisco-based composer Stefan Cwik.
