Oceans Deep

Oceans Deep is a Synapsis original production exploring the mythos between humans and the sea through acrobatic feats, poetry, dance, and music. Aerial dancers will perform on trapeze, rope, and silks in an elegy to the ocean. Perhaps our survival is linked with our capacity to take protect wild places and their inhabitants. The beauty and joy of the ocean are also celebrated in the piece, which includes a cast of 18! Proceeds go to local non-profits: Mattole Restoration, Bird Ally X, and Humboldt Baykeeper. Content is appropriate for children as well as adults.
