Ocean Acidification

Joe Tyburczy with California Sea Grant presents "Early Results from the Humboldt Ocean Carbon Observatory - ocean acidification, eel grass, and how they interact in Humboldt Bay." Joe will provide an explanation of ocean acidification and why it is something everyone should be concerned about. He will share preliminary results from an ongoing collaborative project. Thursday, Feb. 13th starting at 7 p.m. at the HSU Natural History Museum, located at 1242 G St in Arcata. Please arrive early for a good seat. Donations are appreciated.
