Mr Fortunate represents the problem in Humboldt County perfectly, although not in the way he intended.
Too many in this county are on Social Security or other pensions or work in a safe government job. They simply do not care about jobs for the rest of us. In fact the worse the economy is, the lower prices are driven down & those people get bargains.
