Mushrooms: Dangerous or Delicious?

The Del Norte College of the Redwoods Community Education presents Mushrooms: Dangerous or Delicious? Saturday, November 7th 6:00-9:00 PM & Sunday November 8th 9:00-2:00 PM, 2015. This is a short seminar on wild mushrooms. A three hour lecture and slide show comprises the first day of class. The second day will be a field trip to National Forest in Gold Beach for collecting and identifying wild mushrooms with the class ending with a short mushroom cooking lesson back in Crescent City.
