Heads up, Humboldt:
While the county's masking mandate has been lifted, Public Health is still strongly recommending masking indoors in public, social distancing and "avoiding crowds and poorly ventilated spaces." COVID-19 is still with us, so be sure to check the protocols at event venues.

A kitten themed day of fun to raise awareness for kitten season: when the largest number of new litters are born & rescued. The shower will feature kitten baby shower themed games with prizes, free refreshments, kittens to play with, the opportunity to learn about volunteering and fostering animals in need, and more. This is a free community event, however participants are encouraged to bring a gift to help prepare for kitten season! Additional donations will support the many wonderful animals at Miranda's Rescue. The event was developed and organized as part of HSU Recreation student Genesea Lanouette’s Senior Project.
