Barry: I assume these percentages were derived from analyzing the first X number of prime numbers as a sample. Because the series of prime numbers is actually infinite, what guarantees that these percentages don't shift around significantly after adding another million prime numbers or so. For example, couldn't the percentage of "1-9"s say surpass that of "7-3"s?
