Jerry's transition team is also considering closing down HSU because it is a major espense in an area that has had its economic importance to the State whittled down to nil.

"Experts" at such things are predicting the next decade to be one of extreme anger among voters. That includes the North Coast. The days when a vocal minority making its living laundering money from pot plantations appeals to young voters as being somehow daring and cute is running up against some hard facts. No money, no jobs, shrinking pools of social services.
