Compost Mountain Boys has been playing tight bluegrass music since 1991, performing in and around Northern California. Based in Humboldt County, 'Compost' keep things relaxed and fun. The band blends vocal harmonies over traditional bluegrass instrumentation, showcases band members' original tunes and calls up the bluegrass standards revitalized in signature 'Compost' style for an upbeat and danceable act. Jazz, blues and swing weave into that Compost style. The Gyppo Ale Mill proudly offers live music every Friday and Saturday through the Summer and into the Fall. With nature providing epic sunsets and music to set the mood!
