Heads up, Humboldt:
While the county's masking mandate has been lifted, Public Health is still strongly recommending masking indoors in public, social distancing and "avoiding crowds and poorly ventilated spaces." COVID-19 is still with us, so be sure to check the protocols at event venues.

Klez Encounters will be playing a free show for kids and grownups of all ages! The band is comprised of the talented local musicians Carson McHaney on violin, Matt Wardynski on clarinet, Michael Stephenson on keyboard, Westin McHaney on bass, and Gabriel Lubowe on drums. Our two favorite genres are jazz and klezmer, but we also incorporate other styles like funk and rock into our music. So, if you're looking for a good read and some good music, swing by The Arcata Library this Thursday between 6:00 and 8:00. Sponsered by Friends of the Redwood Libraries.
