This type of crime is usually called referred to by the media as a home invasion. I haven't read a single article calling it that. Seems that young Bohn is already getting soft treatment.

Some people would call that "rock bottom". One of my best friends did the same thing in high school, he got shot, then charged and convicted and jailed for it.

Maybe they are trying to skirt the law, or not, but how can allowing the people to vote on this be referred to as "a cynical hijack of the mechanisms of our democracy". It kind of sounds like that is what the lawsuit by EPIC and baykeeper is doing
