Karate A to Z is designed to meet the emotional and physical needs of young children 3 ½ to 5 years old. This class will incorporate martial arts skills such as focus, balance, strength, coordination and self-control while providing students with an awareness of the sights and sounds of the alphabet. The result is a fun reading readiness program that helps children develop visual and phonetic familiarity with the alphabet, which also teaches vocabulary for social growth and invaluable life skills.
