If your 2022 goals involve getting your heart rate up, we've got good news! This is the premiere of CARDIO-KE! Put on your track suits, sweat bands, and leotards, pick your favorite high energy songs, and get PUMPED! We have no idea how many calories are burned by singing, but this is the only exercise we're ready to do yet this year. 21 & up only. Please follow all current restrictions including wearing a mask while singing, thank you!
