We invite you to attend, “KAPOW! A Modern Art Exhibition.” Wednesday, July 25th is the 2018 UB Arts Alive! Summer Exhibition. Opening Reception for the fine arts show will start at 6:30pm in the Karshner Lounge, HSU (outside the KBR). It is an opportunity to bring artists together and promote the TRiO Upward Bound Community, consisting of artwork from current UB Student work as well as past UB Alumnae. The UB Student Gallery Committee titled this year’s show, “KAPOW!” Ben-Day dots, color blocking, and photomontage are common forms of modern art that the Upward Bound Students explored this summer.
