There appears to be no direct connection of this incident to your claim of irresponsible "development industry control" of " every elected and appointed" politician or public servant that may have contributed to the death of Maria Bosnar.

What specific and pertinent evidence do you have to offer?

Please read the police statement. The scene of this incident was reported to be a functioning traffic intersection; a striped crosswalk, a functioning pedestrian light and a functioning traffic light... all working properly. There is at least one eyewitness and there also appears to be store video detailing relevant facts of the incident.

Do you have evidence to the contrary? If so, please present it.

Can you offer some condolences to the family and friends of the victim instead of trying to hijack the incident to support your fabricated purpose and self-serving claim?
