Re: “The ABCs of ABC's Case Against Two Arcata Bars

Mr. Greenson:

Based upon the definition here, https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/informal, I understand that my prior comments were arbitrarily deleted or censored. Would that be an accurate assertion?

I dont see where it states anything about being on topic in the prior article (or so-called policy) that you previously wrote and sent to me. Can you tell me where it states that. Or, are your informal policies created and applied ex post facto?

To date, I have received no reply from Mr. Thaddeus Greenson...whom I understand is friends with David Nims, Kelly Neel, and Joyce Hinrichs:

Mr. Greenson:

May I please have a copy of the NCJ policy requiring that comments have something to do with the articles under which they are posted? I didnt see anything here: https://www.northcoastjournal.com/humboldt/a-culture-of-civility/Content?oid=5404185

New comment from Thadeus Greenson Re: "The ABCs of ABC's Case Against Two Arcata Bars"

Jermaine-
Your comment was deleted because it was nothing to do with the story it was posted under. Whatever your beef is with the county court and Rainbow Storage, please take it somewhere else.

Re: “The ABCs of ABC's Case Against Two Arcata Bars

My apologies. I did not see anything in that prior articlewhich you state is NCJs posting rulesprecluding me from commenting about how the Arcata bar in the above article is being held accountable but Rainbow Self Storage, from whom NCJ receives a lot of money, does not get held accountable as discussed at www.RainbowStorage.is.

The bar discussed in the above article should seek a civil harassment restraining order.

May I please have a copy of the official NCJ policy which requires that the content of a comment be directly related to the article to which it is posted?

Re: Kelly Neel Tapped as Next Superior Court Judge

This comment a Litigation-Related Broadcast makes reference solely to facts that are already memorialized in the public domain, specifically Kim Santsche v. Jermaine Hopkins, Humboldt County Superior Court, Case No. CV180293.

I appeared before Kelly Neel in response to a Strategic Lawsuit
Against Public Participation which Ron Harris (owner of
Rainbow Self Storage) filed against me in the name of Kimberly
Santsche -- by and through Judge John R. Morrison (Ret.) -- in
an overt and admitted effort to chill my right to free speech and my right to petition the court
for redress of my grievances against Rainbow Self Storage.

Harris lawsuit against me was initiated with a petition signed by both Morrison and Santsche. Kelly Neel subsequently rendered an April 5, 2018 Order in which she admitted the lawsuit that she and Harris instigated
against me did not allege any cause of action for which relief could be granted, but she nonetheless
denied my Anti-SLAPP Special Motion to Strike even
though Harris suit admits by and through Morrison and Santsche in the Petition that it was filed in response to my lawsuits
against Rainbow Self Storage.

David Nims and Kimberly Santsche both filed Declarations. Clippings of selected social media posts were
subsequently attached to Santsches signed Declaration. Interestingly, the social media clippings do not contain the negative comments left by others regarding Rainbow Self Storages business practices which are advertised each month in the NCJ.

Kelly Neel is a former co-worker of Janssen Malloy LLP attorney, David Nims, who previously worked with
Kelly Neel in the Humboldt County District Attorneys Office. David Nims has also discussed prior conversations that he and Kelly Neel had about the aforementioned pending litigation. I was not presented with any opportunity to be present during those communications.

Kelly Neel failed to disclose any potential conflicts of interest and does not appear to be friendly towards pro se litigants, just attorneys.

Accordingly, based upon all of the above facts and those contained at the website (www.rainbowstorage.is), Kelly Neel does not appear to be an honest and
fair judge.

Please visit the following off-shore www.rainbowstorage.is.

I understand that Rainbow Self Stirage has previously caused
other websites to be shut down when it threatened
litigation against the hosts of those other sites.

On September 25, 2018 3:16pm, I asked Mr. Thaddeus Greenson [c]an you please provide me with a copy of the NCJ comment policies to which to made reference earlier in your public communication to me of this date? On September 25, 2018 at 5:54:04 PM PDT, Mr. Greenson replied, stating:

Jermaine-
I'm not sure the policy is posted anywhere on our website, but we did write about it in this editorial:

https://www.northcoastjournal.com/humboldt/a-culture-of-civility/Content?oid=5404185

The exists and has been the means by which we have moderated online comments since I got here in January of 2014.

On September 25, 2018 at 6:12:47 PM PDT, Mr. Greenson sent me an e-mail stating: The comment has been deleted and purged from our system, so I can't tell you the exact passage or phrasing. But as I recall you accused multiple people of falsifying documents and lying under oath, both of which would be crimes.

Accordingly, my post has been modified based upon Mr. Greensons September 25, 2018 at 6:12:47 PM PDT e-mail and is hereby reposted.

Feel free to e-mail me at jhop408@gmail.com if you have any similar issues.

Could it be possible that no such policies existed prior to September 25, 2018 at 15:16:49 PDT?

I have downloaded the website as well.

Re: “Kelly Neel Tapped as Next Superior Court Judge

Okay, thanks for letting me know! Anyways, Kelly Neel does not apear to be a fair, honest, or ethical judge. It is my opinion, based upon my own personal knowledge, that she does not belong on the bench. If you would like to have more information regarding this matter, I invite you to review Humboldt County Superior Court Case Nos. CV180293 and SC180123.
