Fermented foods are loaded with probiotics and good bacteria. A balance between the good and bad bacteria in your gut forms the foundation for physical, mental and emotional well-being. In this hands-on class learn what makes fermented foods so beneficial to our health. We will show you simple ways of incorporating these foods into your daily life.
