Indian Drive Through Dinner Staff Pick

Chef Michael McKaskle is preparing gluten free Indian cuisine with vegan options available. Drive in to order and pick up. There is limited socially distant seating on the hillside. The menu for the March 26th Mateel Drive Through Dinner fundraiser is as follows: Full dinner (100% Gluten Free and can be made vegan) consists of: Saag aloo (greens and potato curry, Channa tikka masala (garbanzo tomato curry), raita (cucumber salad), chutney and pickle with rice, and your choice of one of the following: Lamb vindaloo (while supplies last) $20 South Indian coconut ginger pork $18 Coconut ginger shiitake vegetables $16 Sides: $5 Pakoras (fried veggie balls) Deep fried curry shiitake mushrooms Pumpkin curry soup 16oz, $5 Coconut vegan rice pudding with rose water $4. Mango lassi (yogurt smoothie), 16oz, $5
