Dick Wild presents “Introductory Techniques for Horse Packing.” Wild shares his knowledge and experience of the art of packing. Attendees will learn how to attach a load to a draft animal, whether a horse, a yak, a mule, or a donkey, and they will learn about the knots associated with attaching a load for transport. Wild will also connect the practical aspects of packing technique to its long and fascinating history.
