Join Peggy Falk for her presentation, “The Dalys and the Store They Built.” Falk is the granddaughter of John F. Daly, one of the founders of Daly’s Department Store. She has researched her family history for many years, including
traveling to the original home of the Dalys in Ireland to meet her Daly cousins.
Her presentation will focus on the Daly family and the 100-year history of Daly’s Department Store. The presentation will cover the store’s origin in 1895, its growth, and the history of the Daly family in Eureka.
