What a bunch of sour grapes Barbara. The judge openly disclosed his relationship with Mr. Plumley at the beginning of the hearing and the plaintiff attorneys declined their right to ask for a different judge. Why didn’t they ask for a different judge in the case? Obviously the plaintiff attorneys were not too worried about such a trifle in our small interconnected community. Your tantrum is only because you lost. Grow up and admit your arguments are weak and don’t stand close scrutiny.
