Home Grown works with transition aged youth (ages 18-24) experiencing housing instability to attain short-term stable housing. We use the Host Home model, where volunteers “host” youth for 1-12 months, providing them with housing, stability, & mentorship.
Do you have a spare bedroom (or other livable space) that’s collecting dust? You can put that room to good use by hosting a youth in need for a short stay!
