Heads up, Humboldt:
While the county's masking mandate has been lifted, Public Health is still strongly recommending masking indoors in public, social distancing and "avoiding crowds and poorly ventilated spaces." COVID-19 is still with us, so be sure to check the protocols at event venues.

History Show & Potluck

When: Fri., Nov. 6, 6-8 p.m. 2015
Price: Free
Join us for another entertaining History Night! The Freshwater Grange is hosting the popular Jerry Rohde History series, sponsored by the Pierson Building Center. We'll have an optional potluck, too, if you'd like to share a friendly dish. Jerry Rohde, local author and historian, will give an hour-long slideshow on "Both Sides of the Bluff: How the Eel River Valley connected to Humboldt Bay." Share some good food and unusual Humboldt history with us. Everyone is welcome and the presentation is FREE. The potluck starts at 6:00 pm. The program will begin around 7:00. We'd love to see you here!
