HIFF 54 Self-Care & Wellness Film Night

Join HIFF 54 for a virtual film screening event that will emphasize an evening of feel good films and a wellness check in. We'll be reaching back to our archives to find various films that meet the moment; the 40 minute program will include documentaries, animation, experimental and short narrative works. We will follow up the film program with a brief Q & A and panel discussion, highlighting remedies for self care and information about key resources on campus and in our community. Our guest speakers from the HSU Health and Wellness resource centers will also be serving as the guest judges for the evening!
