Ngaio Bealum, who's invited back to Hemp Fest every year with his High-larious strain of comedy will host and perform. Sometimes known as the Chocolate Mountain of Joy, this former editor of West Coast Cannabis Magazine has appeared at just about every cannabis themed festival and event on the West Coast and has opened for such comedic luminaries as Weird Al, Dave Chappele, Outkast, Cee-lo Green, and The Black Eyed Peas
