Where does the public go to see a list of the businesses with county approved plans?
This article incorrectly lists the Intertribal Gathering and Elders Dinner as happening in 2019. The event was cancelled in May of this year, and the press release can be found at http://ncidc.org. We have asked the North Coast Journal to remove this incorrect information, but as of the posting of this comment, the information still remains online.

I think the issue is bigger than just "is the Daily Show on my cable feed."
If you are a Suddenlink Internet ONLY customer, (no Suddenlink cable service, no Suddenlink phone service), you still cannot go to the website for the Daily Show and watch the free streaming episode posted there for everybody. You get the "you are a Suddenlink customer, go to hell" message from Viacom.
However, if you browse to the same site for the Daily Show via 101 Netlink, or via AT&T, or some other ISP, you can stream the show no problem. I am pretty sure Seth from Netlink is NOT PAYING VIACOM for those of his customers that use their internet to stream a show! So, Viacom is now censoring what you can watch on the internet based on who you your ISP is, and whether or not that ISP service provider also own a cable service that won't "play ball" with Viacom, regardless if you, the affected consumer, are a cable customer or not! I cannot conceive how that is even legal. What does the ISP service people purchase have to do with cable service when they are not a cable customer?

If you are interested in a detailed explanation of the federally protected right to photograph in public, and specifically, to photograph the police in public, the Department of Justice 11 page memo to the Baltimore Police Department last year will prove to be a definitive resource. www.pixiq.com/sites/default/files/united_states_letter_re_photography_5_14_2012_0.pdf
