Joaquin is a great guy. He once drove up five hours from SFO to make his commitment to speak at our Redwood Tech conference and then turned around and drove back. He had been up all night helping his wife with a flooded gallery.
He's done great work with "disadvantaged" kids in the Bay Area.

Cool. I remember hanging a banner off the Memorial Union at U.C. Davis during the anti-apartheid demos. I neither looked as macho as these dudes nor took the risk that they did.
