Friends of the Arcata Marsh (FOAM) is sponsoring a series of free classes on topics related to the Arcata Marsh & Wildlife Sanctuary. FOAM Board member David Couch will speak about oyster biology, oyster species cultured for food, and a history of oysters and their culture in Humboldt Bay.
