The Center for Economic Development and CMTC is hosting an upcoming reduced-cost Preventive Controls Quality Individual (PCQI) training. The event takes place September 17-19, 2018 at the Humboldt Bay Aquatic Center in Eureka, California, and is part of a new set of Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) requirements for food and beverage manufacturers. This training will be a requirement for most food and beverage manufacturers by September 2019. Attendees will receive a certificate of completion after the training.
