First Day Hike

When: Tue., Jan. 1, 10 a.m. 2019
Price: Free
Part of America's State Parks First Day Hikes initiative. All skill levels and all ages are welcome. No pets please. Participants will leave from the Visitor Center and swim approximately a half mile across Stone Lagoon to Ryan's Cove. Paddlers will also leave from the visitor center and enjoy a ranger-guided paddle, or a self-guided tour in and around Stone Lagoon; trip length is roughly four miles. Bring a properly fitted life jacket. • Prepare for chilly temperatures. Bring snacks and water. • Wear clothing and shoes that can get wet.
