The Ancient Forest Sangha of Humboldt Bay invites you to a day of mindfulness in the tradition of Vietnamese Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. The day will include sitting and walking meditation, deep relaxation, and times of silence and sharing. Dharma teacher Alexa Singer-Telles will explore the four bodhisattva virtues: giving, kind speech, beneficial action, and cooperation. Bring a vegetarian lunch, mat, blanket, and sitting gear; chairs will be available. Please arrive by 9:45 to settle in. Donation suggested, but no one turned away for lack of funds.
