Heads up, Humboldt:
While the county's masking mandate has been lifted, Public Health is still strongly recommending masking indoors in public, social distancing and "avoiding crowds and poorly ventilated spaces." COVID-19 is still with us, so be sure to check the protocols at event venues.

Join us among the Sitka spruce, hermit thrushes, and huckleberries for a morning of reconnecting to nature, ourselves, and each other. The theme for our time together in nature is Grounding and Flow. This is an opportunity to lean into the ways in our lives that we may be stuck and where we are hoping to see more flow. Through solo and group activities, we will re-connect to our most authentic and ecological selves and align with our groundedness and flow, with nature as ally.
