But after a few stanzas of the Maypole Dance music and tangled Maypole ribbons, Shoshanna cheerfully declared a halt (since people having trouble following directions) and directed a re-start after everyone untangled the ribbons.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the plaza, Ben Goulart ("The Mural Man") was finishing setting up Dazzle the Dream Dragon and gluing the first of the contributed dreams written on dragon "scales" onto the Dream Dragon.
