This program is an opportunity to experience the voices of contemporary composers in recent works for marimba and vibraphone—as well as some older, landmark compositions—performed by virtuoso artists. This concert is presented as part of the Zeltsman Marimba Festival 2013 Concert Series: eight programs of marimba music featuring some of the world’s top keyboard percussion artists in Arcata, California.
