Just wanted to say thank you for the gift of the calendar I found tucked in the Dec. 26 edition. It is a thoughtful, one-of-a-kind gift, and especially so because each month's photographs capture the essence of why it is fun to live here. It is good for us all to be reminded of the treasures that abound: the natural beauty, the seasonal celebrations and the tasty wonders nature provides for us to eat ... with the exception of the corn dog.
