Laura Hennings offers observations on evolving African culture titled An Intimate Look at Rural Africa's Evolving Culture, at the North Coast Mensa forum. Hennings spent three weeks in a remote village, Ipalawma, in Tanzania in March. Lunch is no-host. Her presentation is titled "An Intimate Look at Rural Africa's Evolving Culture," which altered how she views Africa’s evolving culture and how it might influence American culture today. Hennings, a retired teacher is a singer and songwriter, who currently sings jazz standards.
