She will review floral arrangements which have been entered in the Fair. She will analyze how to prepare award-winning entries.
Visitors are invited.
At noon the owners of Garden Jewels on Williams and Lowell streets will receive certificates of recognition for their front yards. These landscapes were selected by club members.
