Head to Madaket Plaza on Eureka’s bay-front, to find lively live music, a seafood chowder throw-down, Humboldt’s much lauded and award-winning craft beers and distilled spirits, Madaket Ferry rides along the Bay (with the smallest licensed bar in California); Tall Ships visiting from Gray’s Harbor Historical Seaport and a sea-battle reenactment, yacht races, and the opportunity to engage with Humboldt artisans, makers, producers, and growers, in a street-market setting.
