Heads up, Humboldt:
While the county's masking mandate has been lifted, Public Health is still strongly recommending masking indoors in public, social distancing and "avoiding crowds and poorly ventilated spaces."
COVID-19 is still with us, so be sure to check the protocols at event venues.
The next installment of the Eulachon Poetry Reading series features the voices of visiting poet, Raina J. León, and local HSU professor Barbara Curiel. Raina will offer a workshop during the day that will give attendees a chance to broaden their perspective of poetry and its relation to myth.
The workshop is at 12 noon with a $30 sliding scale donation. The reading is at 7pm, $5-20 sliding scale donation.
