Thanks for this article, Thadeus - it is the first I've seen to actually try and understand the work HACHR is doing, while pointing out the problems we as a community face.

Angry Chiles has several options, all tasty. Their African Spiced Evil is amazing - great on pizza. I've found the best way to cool it down is to eat some salad afterward. The oil in the dressing helps to cut the heat.
Tabasco is... fine. But why not branch out? It's like Budweiser versus Redwood Curtain - one will get the job done, the other is unique, local, and really tasty.
