Don't Push It

It pains me to see frivolous talk about freedom of expression and the environmental implications of beach grass removal filling your mailbox, while serious problems loom ominously in the back pages of your fine publication.

I am, of course, referring to the crossword puzzle in your issue of May the 5th. The clue for 22 across (Rambo's rifles) was extremely misleading and a huge disappointment for advocates of Rambo and crossword puzzles alike. The facetious answer to this hefty question was "Uzis." Uzis! Rambo never used an Uzi! A more apt clue might have been "Guns Rambo would never use," or "Rhymes with woozy."

Good lord! Enough is enough!

P.S. If Bob Doran calls us "rough-hewn Humgrass" one more time, I'll never buy another issue as long as I live!
