Apparently, he can't afford a razor (note 5 o'clock stubble) though.

Re: “Sorry, Kids: Tobacco Buying Age Hiked to 21, Vaping Restricted

Somewhere, "Meathead" (Rob Reiner) is laughing his ass off. Not only did he and his cronies get rich off of the "Tax The Poor Into Not Smoking" Campaign (Most of the money raised was spent on "Administration") but, now there's a LAW! Chalk one up for Meathead. "Mark it Zero, Dude."

Re: “MediCal Expansion May Bring Better Addiction Treatment to Humboldt

That "no detox facility currently exists in Humboldt County" is currently in place, sums up the complacency of the Medical Community to respond effectively to what is perhaps the most crucial stage of an addict's journey toward abstinence and/or "sobriety." It is also the most important time frame for monitoring the physical health of addicts that are withdrawing. People often die while going through withdrawal from their substance(s) of choice. Following The Medical Model of addiction, it is a "disease." That said, "why" wouldn't Medi-Cal (PHPoCa) fund the "cure" for the "disease?" Somebody needs to brush up on the intent and language of their Hippocratic Oath.
