Oh Joy…more chain crap in McKinleyville. Reminds of when Maggie's Burgers met it's demise shortly after Burger King opened up on Central…a sad day indeed for real burger fans. I live in Dows Prairie and this is yet another reason to just stick to the highway and head to Arcata and avoid McKlineyville all together. Kids always loved stopped by Figs for movies and Pauls for slices en route to home…I wonder what the fate of Figs will be (?)
Meanwhile, CVS has nothing to offer me…if I need a prescription filled, I'll head to Barnes…the rest of the crap in CVS is just low-grade fodder for a wasted afternoon of boredom shopping.
