We will be presenting recipes and taste testing a number of great dishes that not only use pumpkin and squash, but show how to use all local ingredients.
The Patch is two miles from Arcata in the beautiful Jacoby Creek Valley. Our Jersey Cows come visit the Patch, and love to be fed pumpkins. The kids can make Scarecrows. We have lots of Jack-O-lanterns and Winter Squash for sale at great prices.
