This Nikiya Mcwilliams doesn't sound kind and passionate to me? I agree with Q and AnotherBob that these students wouldn't be waisting any one's time. If you really read their letter, doesn't sound like just concerns but real incidents? Having experience discrimination myself ,I would tread lightly before suggesting these student are over exaggerating. The previous post, you might think you know those women but most likely you don't know everything,its generally the case. I am just speaking from my own experience with discrimination, and what it takes to speak up and how you can easily be judge by coworkers/peers who draw their own conclusion, not necessarily from a maliciously space but just from not really knowing everything they they do.
