What a lovely story, Peri! Thank you for sharing this with us. I remember constantly wishing that I had more things to talk to my dad about that would help me feel closer to him when he was at the end of his life, struggling through his cancer treatments.

I can't imagine why Judy Magney would want to stay in Humboldt County after this. What a horrendous experience! May she be able to find a peaceful place to move to and rest and be happy!
