Another side story on this story is.....that the money that was so lavishly given to this family was not in fact belong to the man who gave it. It was my money....that I worked at that time four jobs to have. My then boyfriend had 'borrowed' the money which of course never got repaid. But this article allowed a sociopath his moment in the spotlight..........and a chance to speak on things he knows nothing about. The Petrolia Volunteer Fire Department is only for residents of the Mattole Valley that live in a certain area. Definitely not for training of people from out of the area not interested in helping the residents here. Mr. Williams had never attended one single meeting and knew little if anything that he was spouting off. I on the other hand was once a member and dispatched for the department for over 8 years. You gave a slimeball a chance for celebrity status. That was all.
