Silverhaired ex-gangster Bob Montagné (Roger Duchesne) haunts the Parisian gambling scene, playing the mentor to wandering waif Anne (Isabelle Corey) and a former crime partner's son Paulo (Daniel Cauchy). But when the opportunity arises, Bob turns all of his attention to planning and executing a daring casino heist with the help of some old friends.
